What are the environmental requirements when operating the electric constant temperature incubator

Users who use an electric constant temperature heating incubator will see "ambient temperature" and "temperature range" on the parameter manual. It can be said that the two are completely different concepts. "Ambient temperature" has a direct impact on the "temperature range".

According to the electric constant temperature heating incubator industry standard YY0027-90, the environmental conditions for the use of the incubator have the following requirements:

  1. a) Temperature is 5~40℃
  2. b) Relative humidity is not greater than 90%
  3. c) Atmospheric pressure is 86kPa~106kPa
  4. d) There is no strong vibration or corrosive gas around the incubator
  5. e) Avoid direct sunlight or other heat and cold sources

For the ambient temperature, it is generally called room temperature, and it is 5~40℃ at room temperature.

Under the premise, the temperature of the incubator can be set constant within the temperature range parameters, that is, within the range of room temperature +5℃ to 65℃. For example, if it is used at room temperature of 20°C, the set temperature will be in the range of 25°C-65°C, and if used at room temperature of 30°C, the set temperature will be in the range of 35-65°C. However, when the ambient temperature is lower than 5°C or higher than 40°C, the temperature range may deviate.
