How to choose the right Industrial Oven to meet your application?

An industrial oven is a type of drying oven. Industrial ovens have always run through the production process of many products, and are used in electronics, optics, semiconductors, communications, electroplating, PCB, LED, new energy, photovoltaics, home appliances and optical glass, etc., for precision baking, curing, tempering, preheating and shaping processes. Industrial ovens have high requirements for temperature, cleanliness, etc., and their quality directly affects the production process of the entire product.

The selection of the right industrial oven should be determined according to the product itself, and different products require different specifications, temperature, output power and operation settings of the drying oven, the structure of the electric oven, and the materials of the electric oven.

Selection from the required function/size: Industrial ovens are mainly used for drying, baking, heating, tempering, drying, aging, etc., and have been widely used in various manufacturing industries.

According to the size and capacity of the items to be tested, the size and specifications are determined to meet the production needs, and the industrial ovens with low production capacity or experimental use can be customized for processing.

Consider the desired temperature: no matter what kind of oven you want, you can choose a temperature at 20°C or higher than the actual operating temperature. According to the process requirements, calculate the actual required temperature difference to ensure the baking effect, if the use temperature is 260°C, it can be selected according to the MAX280°C configuration.

Considering the environment which the oven operates in: If the industrial oven is placed on the floor, it is necessary to consider whether it can enter the door or the elevator.

Things to pay attention to when using an industrial oven:

1. Industrial ovens need to be installed indoor and relatively dried places, different types of industrial ovens have different configurations, please read the equipment manual carefully before use. When ready, you can put in the sample, close the oven door, then turn on the power, set the temperature, etc.

2. A current air switch matching the test should be installed on the power cord of the industrial oven, and there should be a ground wire. Do not arbitrarily remove the side door of the industrial oven to change the circuit.

Only if the oven is faulty, it is opened for inspection or to notify the manufacturer. When the temperature reaches the standard, the high temperature switch of the industrial oven can be turned off, reducing power consumption and prolonging the life of the oven.

3. If you want to check the the condition of the item inside the industrial oven, you may look through the glass window, the door can not be opened, as it prevents damaging the constant temperature conditions in the oven, especially when the temperature rises to 300 °C, if the door is opened, the glass door may be cooled down rapidly and cracked. In addition, the inside and outside of the industrial oven should be kept clean.

When using an industrial oven, the temperature should not exceed the limit temperature of the oven. Specific tools should be used when performing the test to prevent accidents. Cut off the power in time after work to ensure safety.
