DZF Vacuum Drying Oven

The Vacuum Drying Oven is widely used in various fields including biochemical, chemical, and pharmaceutical research, as well as in healthcare, agricultural research, and environmental protection. It is designed for:

Powder Drying and Roasting: Effective for drying and roasting powders in different research applications.

Disinfection and Sterilization: Ideal for sterilizing glass containers and other equipment.

2. The heating time was increased to 100℃ within 30 minutes.

3. The maximum load of each shelf is 20 KG and the maximum total load of the inner    liner is 65 KG.

Reduced Boiling Point: The vacuum environment lowers the boiling point of liquids, making it easier to remove moisture from heat-sensitive substances without damaging them.

Efficient Drying: For challenging samples, such as powders or granular materials, vacuum drying significantly reduces drying time by enhancing the efficiency of moisture removal.

Arc-Shaped Interior: The inner chamber has an arc-shaped design for efficient space use, while the outer casing is made of cold-rolled steel plate with an electrostatic spray finish.

Material Options: The interior can be made of stainless steel or cold-rolled steel.

Reinforced Inner Liner: The inner liner is 2.5 mm thick and features structural corner steel reinforcements on all five faces for added durability and pressure resistance.

Adjustable Glass Door: The glass door has adjustable elastic screws at each corner to ensure a tight seal with the inner tank door, complemented by a silicone door seal ring to maintain high vacuum levels inside the oven.

Advanced Control Panel: The control panel features microcomputer intelligent PID control with timing and over-temperature alarm functions, which helps maintain stable temperatures and minimize fluctuations.

Heating Structure:

• • The DZF-60XX series has heating elements on the left and right sides of the inner liner.
  • The DZF-50XX series heats from all four sides.
  • The DZF-30XX series has independently controlled heating elements, offering flexibility for various customer needs.

Safety Glass Door: The oven door is made of thickened, reinforced, double-layer explosion-proof safety glass to ensure user safety.

Efficient Heat Transfer: The laminates inside the oven are made of aluminum, which enhances heat transfer efficiency.
