Item Pre-treatment: It is recommended to pre-purify items in a clean environment (such as a Laminar Flow Cabinet or pass-through window) before placing them inside. The purification level should meet requirements and can refer to international standards. Avoid introducing dust, grease, or other impurities.
Oven Cleaning: Before use, wipe the cavity of the oven and shelves with a lint-free cloth and specialized cleaning agent (such as isopropanol). If necessary, run the oven empty first for pre-purification.
Minimize Door Opening: Operate quickly, reduce the number and duration of door openings to prevent external contamination.
Regular Replacement: Replace HEPA/ULPA filters according to the manual or the schedule recommended by the drying oven manufacturer, as this is key to maintaining cleanliness. If frequently drying items with more impurities, replace filters earlier.
Handle with Care: Wear lint-free gloves during replacement, avoid touching the filter material, and ensure proper sealing during installation.
Temperature Compliance: Set the required temperature and also set the upper limit of the over-temperature protection device to not exceed the item’s heat resistance limit to avoid damage.
Prohibited Items: Do not place flammable, explosive, volatile, or strongly corrosive items inside.
Burn Prevention: During operation and after shutdown, the oven remains hot. Wear high-temperature resistant lint-free gloves when operating.
Heat Dissipation: Ensure sufficient clearance around the equipment for proper ventilation.
Keep air inlet and outlet unobstructed.
Handle with care to avoid impact and particle generation.
Place items properly, leaving gaps between them to ensure uniform airflow.
Perform regular maintenance: clean the chamber, calibrate the temperature controller, verify cleanliness and drying effectiveness, and keep records.
Strictly follow the equipment’s specific manual requirements.
