In mid December, Kenton Apparatus Limited successfully delivered a custom-made large Dual Motor Industrial Oven to an overseas customer.
The customer’s requirements were as follows.
Internal dimensions
Height 1400 mm, Width 1850 mm, Depth 1000 mm.
Cavity and external materials
Cavity made of galvanised steel with a plate thickness of 1.5 mm.
Outer shell made of 1.5 mm steel plate with powder coating in the specified grey colour(colour code 5002).
Temperature range
From room temperature to 200 Degrees Celsius.
Insulation material
Aluminium silicate.
Power supply and rating
Three-phase, 400 V, 50 Hz, total power 30 kW.
Heating system
Twelve stainless steel heating tubes. The first 250 mm at the front of each tube is non-heating. Each tube is rated at 2500 W. Equipped with high-power dual motors and air impellers, with drawings and parameters confirmed by the customer.
Internal structure
Six layers fitted with galvanized perforated shelves. Hole diameter is 10 mm, with hole spacing confirmed by the customer. Each layer has a load capacity of 50 kg. Each shelf is equipped with six high temperature resistant bearings to allow smooth push and pull operation.
Mobility and reinforcement
Six Foma casters are used. The base is reinforced with four channel steel beams, according to the approved drawings.
Deep customization to fully meet customer requirements
This drying oven was completely redesigned from the inside out based on the customer’s standards. The internal space can accommodate multiple sets of experimental samples or industrial materials at the same time, meeting drying needs at different scales. The outer shell uses an environmentally friendly powder coating process.
The oven meets the required temperature range from room temperature plus 5 degrees to 200 degrees Celsius. During actual operation at 200 degrees Celsius, temperature fluctuation is controlled within plus or minus 0.2 degrees Celsius. High temperature resistant silicone sealing strips rated up to 250 degrees Celsius are used to effectively isolate internal and external heat, ensuring temperature stability and accuracy.
For overseas shipment, Kenton Apparatus Limited applied multiple layers of protective packaging to reduce the risk of impact and damage during transportation.
