Kenton CO2 Incubator Series Releases New Models

Table of Content [Hide]

To meet the diverse space and application needs of different laboratories, Kenton’s CR CO2 Tissue Culture Incubator, featuring automatic gas concentration control, has added two new capacities: 50L and 250L, in addition to the existing 80L and 160L models. The full series now covers small, medium, and large-scale incubation scenarios, providing more flexible solutions for medical research, biological experiments, and routine cell culture.

Core Design: Precise and Stable, Built for Demanding Incubation Needs:

The CR CO2 Tissue Culture Incubator is specially designed for cell and tissue culture, with core features focused on environmental stability and ease of operation.

    Precise Gas Control:
Equipped with infrared CO2 sensing technology, the incubator automatically regulates gas concentration with fast response and high control accuracy, effectively maintaining a stable incubation environment.

    High-Quality Cavity:
The Cavity is made of 304 stainless steel, offering corrosion resistance, easy cleaning, and reduced contamination risk, making it suitable for long-term sterile culture applications.

    Smart Interactive Operation:
The touchscreen LCD display shows key parameters such as temperature, humidity, and CO2 concentration in real time. Its intuitive operation and built-in microcomputer interface support data transfer and traceability, meeting the needs of intelligent laboratory management.

    Balanced Environmental System:
The incubator integrates a uniform heating module and a clean airflow circulation system to ensure even temperature and gas distribution inside the chamber. Combined with real-time humidity display, it helps prevent culture medium from drying out and supports cell viability.

Expanded Capacity Range: Covering Diverse Laboratory Applications

The newly added 50L and 250L models further complete the product range and meet the needs of different laboratory scenarios.

    50L:
Compact and space-saving, suitable for small laboratories, individual experiments, or small-volume sample incubation, such as stem cell and primary cell culture. It combines portability with professional performance.

    250L:
Offers a large cavity, suitable for high-throughput culture, large-scale cell expansion, or batch experiments, such as drug screening and tissue engineering research, helping improve experimental efficiency.

    80L/160L:
Balanced in capacity and practicality, these models are suitable for routine laboratory cell culture, offering mature applications and strong cost performance.

Applications: Widely Used in Life Science Fields

With stable performance and flexible capacity options, the CR CO2 Tissue Culture Incubator can be widely used in medical research, biopharmaceuticals, university laboratories, disease control centres, and other settings. It supports various applications, including cell culture, tissue preservation, and microbiological experiments, helping researchers carry out their work more efficiently.
