Kenton Apparatus Limited offers the FC and HT Series ductless filter fume hoods, an independent safety protection system that requires no external exhaust ductwork. The series is suitable for basic teaching, life science, medical testing and various chemical laboratory environments. It can gradually replace traditional ducted fume hoods, helping laboratories achieve safer upgrades with lower costs and greater flexibility.
Traditional fume hoods require complex external exhaust duct systems, which are highly restricted by building structures and involve high installation and maintenance costs. The FC and HT Series ductless filter fume hoods use an internal circulation filtration system, requiring no exhaust ductwork. They are ready to use after installation and can be flexibly placed in different laboratory areas.
During operation, the negative-pressure airflow design keeps harmful gases securely contained inside the cabinet. After passing through multiple filtration layers, the contaminated air is purified and recirculated back into the laboratory. This not only protects users but also prevents the loss of indoor cooling or heating, significantly reducing energy consumption.
LCD Microcomputer Control: Real-time monitoring of equipment operating status, with intuitive and convenient operation.
TVOC Concentration Display + Automatic Air Speed Adjustment: The system automatically adjusts air speed based on the concentration of pollutants inside the cabinet, balancing filtration efficiency and energy savings for a safer experimental process.
The FC Series is equipped with a strong acid- and alkali-resistant physicochemical board worktop, while the HT Series uses a 304 stainless steel worktop. Both are corrosion-resistant and easy to clean, meeting the requirements of chemical experiments, medical testing and other demanding application scenarios.
To meet higher filtration requirements, the FC Series comes standard with, and the HT Series can be optionally equipped with, Purafil gas-phase high-efficiency filters from the United States. These filters offer excellent adsorption capacity for volatile organic compounds, acidic gases and other pollutants. Corresponding filters can also be customised according to different customer needs, with third-party test reports available. This configuration significantly improves the equipment’s ability to process complex chemical gases and is suitable for demanding scientific research and industrial laboratory environments.
Kenton Apparatus Limited. supports functional or structural customisation according to customers’ special requirements. For customers selecting Purafil filters from the United States, third-party test reports can be provided to ensure that the equipment meets safety and performance standards in actual application scenarios.
Whether customers require specific dimensions, filtration grades or additional monitoring modules, the FC and HT Series can be flexibly adapted to meet different laboratory needs.
