How to Choose A Drying Oven?

Not sure which drying oven is right for your application? Whether you're working with delicate biological samples or need high-temperature drying for industrial materials, choosing the right oven is critical to achieving accurate and reliable results.

As a professional drying oven manufacturer, we walk you through the key factors to consider in this video.

Selecting the optimal drying oven starts with defining your required temperature range. Different applications demand specific temperature conditions. For example, drying of certain biological may require lower temperatures. Using a 303 or DNP electric heating incubator can achieve a range of 5°C to 65°C above room temperature.

On the other hand, some industrial drying or chemical treatments may require higher temperatures.

You can choose a drying oven with a maximum temperature of 300°C, for examples the 101, KH or the GXseries.

A high-quality drying oven is able to maintain an uniform and stable temperature within the set temperature range.
